Billing Transactions

The current user's recharge, spending, and refund transactions. When the outcome of a proxy, number, mailbox, or CAPTCHA purchase is unclear, reconcile it with this endpoint and the matching record endpoint before deciding whether to buy again.

Notes

• Determine the business type by type; do not branch on the typeRemark or remark text.
• Transactions are for reconciliation only and are not idempotency tokens for purchases; this endpoint does not accept keyword.
